Who performs the initial assessment?

Initial assessments are coordinated through ClaimHelpMe®. Homeowners receive guidance regarding documentation, estimating, contractor selection, mitigation, repairs, and claim-related considerations before deciding how they wish to proceed.

No Pressure. No Solicitation. No Obligation.

The goal of the initial assessment is simple: to help homeowners understand what happened, what their options are, and what steps should be taken next.

You are provided with information, guidance, and a clear explanation of the process so you can make informed decisions instead of decisions made under stress.

There are no pressure tactics, no obligation to hire a contractor, and no requirement to file an insurance claim.

Just a straightforward process designed to help protect your home, your finances, and your ability to make the right decision for your specific situation.

Important Notice

ClaimHelpMe® does not require homeowners to hire any contractor listed on this page.

Certification indicates that the contractor has been reviewed against ClaimHelpMe® standards for documentation, estimating, project management, communication, and claim-related procedures.

Homeowners remain free to select any contractor they choose.

Contractors under review are not considered certified until the review process has been completed and publicly announced.

Interested In Becoming A Certified Contractor?

ClaimHelpMe® certification is not a paid listing or advertising program.

Contractors are independently reviewed for licensing, documentation practices, estimating accuracy, project management, communication, professionalism, and overall claim handling procedures.

Our goal is simple:

To identify contractors who consistently protect homeowners, reduce claim delays, and maintain professional standards throughout the restoration process.

Certification is limited and subject to ongoing review. Contractors who fail to maintain ClaimHelpMe® standards may have their certification suspended or revoked.

Current areas under review include:

• Emergency mitigation and restoration companies
• General contractors
• Roofing contractors
• Reconstruction specialists
• Specialty trade contractors
