In-home guidance available on Long Island only
Why Long Island Homeowners Only
&
Why There Is No Fee
If you live on Long Island, I will come to your house and do this at no charge.
You are getting a licensed public adjuster with a deep construction and estimating background who will:
inspect your loss
write the estimate
explain the entire insurance process
tell you exactly what is owed
and explain what to do next
There is no fee for this
This applies to the initial in-home visit and early-stage claim guidance described on this page
Not a consultation fee
Not a percentage
Not a hidden charge later
WHY THIS EXISTS
This is only offered at the very beginning of a claim — before:
you hire a contractor
you lock in a scope
or a full estimate is approved
That early window is where everything is shaped.
Once key decisions are made, correcting a claim is still possible — but it usually becomes slower, more complicated, and more adversarial than it needed to be.
This isn’t designed to undo every decision that’s already been made. It exists to reduce friction early, before positions harden and simple corrections turn into disputes.
That’s why this exists up front, and that’s why it’s Long Island only — because I can physically be there
THE DIFFERENTIATOR
Most public adjusters charge 8–12.5% and still:
don’t understand construction
don’t write defensible estimates
and rely on contractors to fill the gaps
This is how it’s supposed to work — but it’s never explained this way because it doesn’t benefit anyone else
When I’m in your house, you are getting:
a public adjuster
an estimator
a construction expert
and a single point of authority
All in one
At no charge
THE “WHY WOULD YOU NOT CALL” MOMENT
If you’re thinking:
“I need a public adjuster — why wouldn’t I at least hear this out?”
That’s the point.
You can:
take the information
take the estimate
take the explanation
And never speak to me again
You will still be better off than you were before I walked in
HARD BOUNDARY
This offering is designed for the very beginning of a claim and does not apply if:
you’ve already hired a contractor
repairs are already underway
or a full estimate has already been approved
Once those steps are taken, correcting a claim is still possible — but it usually becomes slower, more complicated, and more adversarial than this process is designed for.
This exists to prevent bad decisions early, not to unwind outcomes that have already been locked in.
Why Hearing This Out Changes Things
